Stop by the Mast Store in Downtown Winston-Salem on July 1 from 6pm until 8pm to try Bingo-Bango Fresh Fruit Soda and to meet race driver Westin Workman. Bingo-Bango Fresh Fruit Soda Co. started as a passion project for Michael Robinson, II. Using a catch phrase often heard from his grandfather, meaning "something amazing!" and drawing upon his own Creole/New Orleans heritage, Michael started work on his first batch of craft soda in 2017. Lots of trial and error, exploding kegs, disappointments, and failures followed, but Michael remained undeterred in his pursuit of the fruity goodness that is Bingo-Bango. With the support of friends and family and the great feedback from the community, he started bottling in 2018.
To help get the word out in the quickest fashion possible, Bingo-Bango is sponsoring Westin Workman. This Charlotte native is an up and coming driver, who has made the jump from the Kart ranks to drive in the Spec MX-5 Challenge Series and the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series. Wes has his eye on open wheel racing and hopes to compete in the ultimate Indy Car race... the Indianapolis 500.
