Join us on July 24 from 6-8PM for a concert by The Jake Sanders Quintet playing swing & classic jazz for your dancing and listening pleasure.
New this year, Traffic Jam Swing will provide free swing dance lessons for the community from 5:30-6PM. When the band starts playing at 6PM, you'll have a chance to try out your new dance moves!
The concert is presented in partnership with Presented in partnership with the Evanston Community Foundation (Leadership Evanston).
During the concert, there will be free children's art activities provided by the Ridgeville Park District. Beer will be available for purchase from Sketchbook Brewing Co., along with wine, cocktails, and soft drinks from Five & Dime. Several food trucks will also be on-site.

Please note that the concert will take place on Sherman and Orrington Avenues, which will both be closed to vehicle traffic between Grove and Davis Street. If you're driving into Downtown Evanston for the concert series, we recommend parking in the Sherman Plaza Self Park garage--it's only a block away from Fountain Square.
