The Downtown Showdown is BACK! The Kitchener Rangers and the City of Kitchener are teaming up once again to bring the second annual Downtown Showdown to Carl Zehr Square on Wednesday, March 18 from 12–5 PM, and it’s shaping up to be even bigger and better this March Break.
Last year, you showed up in a big way. This year? We’re turning up the winter fun.
🔥 Live 3-on-3 Rangers road hockey tournament (six fast-paced games + a championship final!)
✍️ Autographs all afternoon with your favourite Rangers
📸 Photos with Tex roaming the square
🎶 Live DJ + high-energy performance by The Trevor Show
☕ Free hot chocolate & maple taffy
🚒 Fire trucks, police vehicles & the City’s electric Zamboni up close
🌭 Hot dogs with Kitchener Minor Hockey (donations welcome!)
