Downtown Raleigh Home Show

The Downtown Raleigh Home Show returns to the Raleigh Convention Center from January 10-12 2025 with a roster of features specifically crafted to meet the home-improvement needs of Triangle residents 

The show’s special guests are custom home designers Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt of HGTV’s 100 Day Dream Home. The design duo is known both for their witty banter and for designing and building perfect custom homes for their clients in 100 days or less. Known as HGTV’s winningest competition couple they’ve also conquered the Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge and Rock the Block. They also went head-to-head on the new HGTV series 100 Day Hotel Challenge partially filmed along North Carolina’s coast. 

They share their best design tips on the Fresh Ideas Stage at 3 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday. 

Guests can also get immersed in home remodeling inspiration at The Design Studio by Home Revision. Located in booth 1301 this 900-square-foot display of designer rooms features the latest kitchen bath and remodeling fixtures and finishes -- and even a sample selection studio to create a mood board using paint tile hardware cabinetry and flooring swatches. 

Other show highlights include: 

Shed Spread. NC Shed Builders will showcase a variety of sheds gazebos pergola swings for leveling up outdoor living or extending living space. 

Elegant Entertaining. The Triangle’s hottest trendsetters in home entertaining will provide inspiration for spring events with tablescapes and luxury picnics featuring a baby shower bridal shower tea grad party proposal picnic and more. 

Golf Cart Test Track. Get behind the wheel of a dream golf cart at Icon Golf Car’s test track located right inside the show. 

To recognize local frontline heroes the show celebrates Hero Day every day. All active military personnel veterans police fire and first responders to attend the show free of charge. Simply present valid ID at the box office. For your service and sacrifice we thank you. Please note this offer does not extend to family members.

In addition the show honors Teacher Day each day of the show with valid faculty ID. Area nurses also receive complimentary admission with Nurses Day each day of the show. 

Seniors aged 60+ are also recognized on Friday January 10 with a special discounted $7 admission at the Box Office with valid ID. Guests can also take advantage of $5 after 5 p.m. admission on Friday. 

Show hours are Friday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets at the box office are $12 for adults age 13+ admission is free for children 13 and under. *Please note the Downtown Raleigh Home Show now has a cashless box office cards and online payment accepted.
