About this Event
Practice your photography in a fun group setting! We will walk around Calgary's Downtown neighbourhood to practice photography as a group. It's a good opportunity to try out street, architecture, portrait, abstract, and other types of photography.
Meet up location is at Century Gardens (8th Street LRT Station). We'll walk around taking photos for around 1.5-2 hours then head to a cafe afterwards to share our photos and hang out. Complimentary refreshments will be provided at the cafe!
Please dress for the weather and be on time. We will depart from the meetup location 10 minutes after the start time.
The Downtown Photo Walks are hosted monthly and sponsored by the Calgary Downtown Association (@downtowncalgary) and the Downtown Core Neighbourhood Association (@downtowncoreca).

*Registration is required. Please do not show up unless you are registered.
*If you register and are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket to open the spot up for someone else. These events usually sell out!

All levels are welcome and mobile phone cameras are perfectly fine if you don't own a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
