We want to welcome everyone to the 12th Annual Tom Tom Festival! “C’ville Bachata Social” is working together with the festival to bring a Block Party to Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall. It will be transformed into a New Orleans-style festival:
We have evening salsa/bachata classes, workshops and social dance. All levels are welcome.
