MEETING SPOT: Michigan Ave and the River (in front of the Wrigley Building- 400 Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611 )

Meet Thomas in front of the Wrigley Building at the railing to the river (DO NOT go down on the riverwalk) If you arrive earlier than your session time and do not see the photographer, they may be finishing up with another client. They will meet you there by your start time. If you are having a hard time finding the photographer after your start time, email or call us ASAP. is a visual map.

Be sure to leave enough time to park downtown and walk over to the meeting spot. You will likely have to park 2+ blocks away.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

• FYI- As of right now all of our photographers accepting appointments are fully vaccinated.
• (INSIDE ONLY)Everyone will be subject to a contactless temperature check when they arrive.
• (STUDIO ONLY) We are REQUIRING everyone not to show up more than 5 min early and will need to leave the studio by 5 min after their session. ( we will lock the door during sessions so that nobody else can enter). If the door is locked 5 min before your session, please ring the doorbell (to the right of the door).
• CLIENT ATTENDANCE is Limited to those being photographed (max 5 people)
• (INSIDE ONLY) In compliance with current CDC recommendations, unvaccinated individuals 2+ who can wear a mask are REQUIRED to bring and wear masks inside, when not being photographed. (If all the adults are vaccinated and it is just the children from your family, do not worry about kids wearing them inside)
• The photographer will work to maintain 6ft distance from everyone.
• Photographer will wear a mask when unvaccinated people are present.
• (STUDIO ONLY) We will clean/sanitize the doors and touched surfaces between each session
• (STUDIO ONLY) We will run the exhaust fan for the studio before and after every session to clear the air.

We are so excited to have you join us. We are also carefully watching for Stay at Home Orders and CDC guidelines for the legality and safety of running our business. In the event that we are unable to hold sessions for any given date, the session fee will become a credit towards future sessions. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds.

Mini session events are built around multiple families sharing costs of having a photographer at one location on the same day. Each Family pays a lower cost for their session, but also splits photographer and assistant fees, parking fees, permit fees (where applicable), travel fees,( where applicable) and any other associated fees, with all of the families scheduled that day.

*The Mini session booking fee is non-refundable.

The typical editing turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. However, we aim to get all these Mini Sessions Done by December 9th. We know everyone wants to get holiday cards out! We also offer 5 business day expediting for $100.

We recommend that your child is at least 6 months old, and able to sit unsupported, for these sessions.

Ticket sales are non-refundable. Under some circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted for a fee.

Photography Waiver

By signing up for this mini session the client grants TK Photography the right to film, record, and photograph the client and their family. Images taken may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by TK Photography.
