Join us for a special donation-based Yoga Class & Sound Bath in honor of the Castle Street District during Wilmington’s Downtown District Day! Together, we’ll gather in community to move, breathe, rest, and celebrate the spirit of the Castle Street neighborhood and the people who make it so special. This all-levels experience will include a grounding yoga practice followed by a restorative sound bath designed to leave you feeling connected, supported, and renewed.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Castle Street Collective and their continued efforts to support and uplift the Castle Street community.
Come as you are, bring a mat, and join us in giving back through movement, mindfulness, and community connection.
