Meet up in the VRE Park and Ride Lot B for donuts, photo opps, games, and family fun before we line up in our costumes to "stroll" down Caroline Street. Families and friends of all ages will leisurely stroll from the VRE parking lot and end at Market Square. Strollers and wagons are welcome (bikes are not). Need a trick or treat bag to gather candy and goodies? We've got you covered! This event is completely FREE and has been generously sponsored by Robert B.
