About this Event
Get your hands in the soil and help bring a new biodiversity garden to life at McGill’s Downtown Campus!
At this community planting event, you’ll work on a new pollinator garden at the Sherbrooke Street entrance of the Otto Maass Chemistry Building. Guided by the team from , you’ll learn about the importance of native plants in supporting pollinators and urban biodiversity while actively contributing to the creation of this vibrant new space.
The three-hour event is divided into 45-minute learning and planting sessions. You’re welcome to sign up for one or multiple shifts - whatever fits your schedule! Snacks and refreshments will be provided and all gardening tools and gloves will be supplied.
