The Hardwick has been transformed into a mixed-use hub featuring Class-A offices and ground-level retail and restaurant space. Ballard Designs opened in fall 2024, followed by the offices of BDG Architects and Centennial Real Estate. Lebanese bistro Epice is set to open in the coming month, with Lapeer Steak & Seafood to follow later this spring.
