The Downtown Bangor Sidewalk Art Festivals provide a wonderful opportunity to shop for unique items from jury-selected artists from all across the state while enjoying Downtown Bangor during the gorgeous green of early summer.
A perfect way to spend a summer day, this all-ages event features activities for children and families, college artists, live demonstrations and music, and even food trucks -- amid more than 100 artists!
Spanning Harlow and Central Streets, and even Norumbega Parkway, you'll find handcrafted and beautiful items for home and decor, unique jewelry, and fine art by jury-selected artists.
Visitors are encouraged to stroll the streets of the entire Downtown area to explore public art, permanent statues, museums, and galleries. Downtown also offers a variety of shops and restaurants, which can be found by visiting the interactive map or business directory.
