Available materials include a B-Elbow gutter downspout to change direction of your rooftop runoff toward the left or right rather than front or forward and/or a splash block that can be angled to change the direction of flow as well as slow and spread out the flow.
Staff will contact you to provide a drop off date. Please allow up to month to process the request and arrange delivery.
Redirect your downspout away from impermeable surfaces.<h4>Consider nearby areas where water can be absorbed to improve nearby stream and ocean quality.</h4>
To redirect downspout flow from driveways or sidewalks, replace forward-facing elbows with B-elbows directing water toward the yard for absorption. Alternatively, add a splash block at the flow exit, angled toward the yard to prevent soil erosion.
To redirect downspout flow within 2' of the driveway or sidewalk, replace forward facing elbows with B-elbows to direct flow sideways. Add a splash block at the new flow exit to guide water over the driveway or sidewalk toward the yard for absorption.
To redirect downspout flow away from structures extending into the yard, replace forward-facing elbows with B-elbows directing water toward the yard. Add another elbow to guide flow forward into the yard for absorption. Consider adding a splash block at the new flow exit to prevent soil erosion.
