This package only gives access to The Rock Retreat Campsite, it gives no access to the Guest Area or RIP Campsites. - Campervans are welcome if everyone staying in them has their own Rock Retreat at Melbourne Hall ticket. - Strictly NO GAS canisters or petrol fuelled cookers will be allowed anywhere on site. Please see the Download website for a list of alternatives and to check on other prohibited items/substances before you pack. - Please raise BBQ's & camping stoves at least 30cms off the ground to avoid burning the site. Bricks are available for you to use, please ask at The Rock Retreat Reception. Open campfires are strictly prohibited. - Live Nation reserves the right to eject those disturbing the peace without readmission or refund. - Images used on this page are representative & final supplied products may vary slightly"

All accessibility customers and their companions should ensure they have a Rock Retreat ticket. Once the accessibility applications open & approvals for Essential Companions are granted, a partial refund for the amount of the festival ticket included in the package will be processed.

Please note the type of ticket included in Rock Retreat packages is a Weekend Arena Only ticket. Partial refunds for Essential Companions will reflect the face value of the ticket at the time your Rock Retreat booking was made.

Note:
All ticket categories use fixed tier pricing. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Under 5s free. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. Fixed tier pricing means the Event Organiser is selling ticket in the same category at different prices - lower-priced tickets are released first, and when those sell out, higher-priced tickets will become available. There is no difference between these tickets. If more than one price tier is on sale at the same time - we recommend choosing the lower priced option. The Rock Retreat is situated in the grounds of Melbourne Hall, campers will have access to a maximum pitch size of 22msq per person. Every person must have a Rock Retreat ticket to stay in the campsite, inc children. Accompanied Under 5s are allowed for free. The last Shuttle Bus service from the festival back to Rock Retreat will be half an hour after the main arena closes.
