Down Under Comedy - Seattle

Comedians from Australia, New Zealand and around the world will bring you a bevy of laughs as for one night only we convert the Kangaroo & Kiwi Pub in Seattle into a "true blue, you beaut, dinky-di" Aussie comedy club!

A full menu of awesome tucker will be available and the pub and its amazing staff will have all the liquid refreshments you need to keep you smiling and well hydrated!

DAN GREEN (The Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv, Are You My Vege-mate?)

Join Dan Green, the former Aussie soldier, late night fixer and rugby coach as he takes you on a journey through his first five years struggling as a comedian in Los Angeles. From living in his car during the pandemic to doing standup in L.A.'s greatest comedy clubs, his unflinching reflections on over two decades adjusting to life in America will have you in stitches! You can see him on his popular Facebook series “Are You My Vegemate?” and his podcast highlighting emerging comics called “The Verbal Gym”.

But he’s not alone…he’s also brought some super funny comedians to Seattle with him!

JOE DAYMOND (Comedy Central UK, Just For Laughs, The Comedy Store)

With an audience of over 250k followers and more than 30 million views, Joe has cemented himself as one of New Zealand’s most exciting young comedians. Since then he’s created and starred in Comedy Central’s BOUNCERS which also featured UFC superstar Israel Adesanya. He has performed alongside the likes of Bill Burr, opened for Theo Von both in New Zealand and at the World Famous Hollywood Comedy Store, and even joined internet sensation Noel Miller on the US West Coast leg of his international stand up theatre tour. He’s also appeared at the prestigious Sydney Opera House as part of Just for Laughs Australia and this year sold out his debut nation-wide Australian tour.

MICHAEL MARKUS (RAW Comedy Finalist, Helium Comedy Club)

Michael Markus is a Australian Portland-based comedian and writer performing in venues across the Pacific Northwest. His clever joke structure and unique delivery keeps audiences engaged and guessing until the punchline. Michael has opened for David Spade and Jeff Richards.
