Down Under Comedy - San Diego

After a successful run of shows in Los Angeles, Down Under Comedy is hitting the road bringing a hilarious night of Aussie standup comedy to sunny San Diego!!

Two Aussie comics and one American (who will be trying Vegemite live on stage) will have you in stiches as we transform the brand new Fourth Wall Comedy Studio into a "true blue, dinky-di" Australian comedy club for one night only!

Join Dan Green, the former Aussie soldier, late night fixer and rugby coach as he takes you on a journey through fifteen years stateside saying "yes" to plenty of requests that should have earned a "no". From selling guns, bouncing nightspots and even time in Iraq working as a contractor to doing standup in L.A.'s greatest comedy clubs, his unflinching reflections on over two decades adjusting to life in America will have you in stitches!

He has recently performed at The Laugh Factory, The Hollywood Improv and The World Famous Comedy Store. You can see him online in his popular Facebook series “Are You My Vegemate?” where he gives some of Americas biggest comedians their first taste of the Aussie food icon Vegemite and his podcast highlighting emerging comics called “The Verbal Gym.

He will be joined onstage by the super funny Sarah Lawrence & Herman Wrice!

Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, Sarah is a regular performer in comedy clubs all over the United States. A frequent star at Hollywood Laugh Factory she recently recorded her first standup special, "Plant Medicine" in Austin and just opened for the Bad Friends Podcast (Bobby Lee & Andrew Santino) on their sold out Australian tour. She is hilarious and her jokes will have you wanting more!

Herman Wrice is one of the brightest rising stars on the West Coast comedy scene. With regular performances at the Hollywood Improv and the Comedy Store he has recently been highlighted through The Laugh Factory Development program. He is the host of the successful independent L.A. show "Herm & The Homies" and he will be trying the Aussie icon Vegemite live onstage for the first time at the start of his set on the show!!

Beverages will be available from Mission Brewing which is located next door.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minors over the age of 18 will be admitted to the showroom only in the company of a responsible adult over the age of 21 with valid I.D.

Seating is General Admission first come first served.
