Pollination is essential for fruit production. Have you had fruit trees or vegetables that have lots of flowers but don't produce much fruit? Maybe it is because they have not been pollinated. At this Down to Earth we will be discussing how pollination works and how we can assist good pollination. We will also demonstrate separating and potting up seedlings into larger pots. This is a free event. We will start with morning tea, do the demonstration and then finish with a walk around the orchard and vegetable garden.
