With changing hormones, demanding routines, and years of cultural messages that have silenced women’s voices about sexuality, it’s understandable that intimacy might sometimes feel overwhelming. • How do physical changes in midlife (like menopause) shift the way we approach sex and intimacy?

• How do you communicate your wants and needs without feeling awkward, especially if you’ve never been vocal about it before?
• How can couples make intimacy a priority when life is busy or stressful?
