For numerous women, midlife often marks a pivotal moment. With changing hormones, demanding routines, and years of cultural messages that have silenced women’s voices about sexuality, it’s understandable that intimacy might sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the reality is this: midlife isn’t the end of sexual pleasure — it can actually be the start of a richer, more confident relationship with yourself and your partner.

Some questions that will be answered include :

• What are the biggest myth's about women’s sexuality after 50?
• How do physical changes in midlife (like menopause) shift the way we approach sex and intimacy?
• What role does self-care play in feeling sexy and desirable?
• How do you communicate your wants and needs without feeling awkward, especially if you’ve never been vocal about it before?
• How can couples make intimacy a priority when life is busy or stressful?
