Calling all descendants and kin of our beloved matriarch Vashti Odel, who was born on September 18, 1911, and called home on September 15, 1993.
Vashti left a legacy of two family branches: Dowell and Hall. Over the years, we've supported each other through trying times, suffering, and immense loss. Now is the time to celebrate our family bond and love for each other.
