Dovetails is excited to announce we will be hosting guest chef Ben O'Donoghue for an exclusive collaboration dinner.Ben and Head Chef Shannon have teamed up to create a thoughtful menu inspired by local Australian produce, showcasing the best the South East has to offer.
A five course menu will be accompanied with fine wines and our house brewed 4 Hearts beers, plus the opportunity meet, greet and chat with Ben O'Donoghue.
