Our plant ally of the month is Lavender. It's a craft month!!! Woohoo! Aline of Peaceful Nest Postpartum Care will be hosting as well. We will be making stamped lavender sachets together! A fun Doula self care item or gift for a client. Lavender is a fantastic nervine and aromatic.
There will be loose leaf tea and cacao for purchase from Nalu!
$10-$20 donation for costs of craft, no one is turned away for lack of funds ❤️ Venmo @kayechapman12

What is this space? A monthly restorative space where we can collectively put down the weight of the work we do together. Each month is different with locations, programming, crafts, speakers, and more.
Why do I hold these? As an independent working Doula, cultivating community has always been essential to me. We need each other - this is not work we should do alone. Thank you for being here.
