Join Abigail Braun for a doubles lyra workshop! Learn various poses and flows with your friends in the hoop. Bring a partner or be prepared to share a hoop with the other participants. Poses and flows will be of varying difficulties so all levels are welcome! It is recommended to have a taken a few beginner classes so you are familiar with basic lyra moves.
When: Saturday June 13th, 5-7pm
Cost: $35 (autopay members get 30% off)
