Double Trouble Scratch Doubles Bowling Tournament
Pins for Wins is hosting a Double Trouble Scratch Doubles Bowling Tournament on June 11th starting at 10:00am. The tournament consists of 4 games of qualifying across 8 lanes followed by match play finals for the top 4 teams who have the highest combined total pinfall. This will be bowled on a Sport Shot oil pattern and the tournament will follow USBC rules. This will also be a scratch tournament meaning no handicap will be awarded. The finals will be played in a baker style format with the 1st seed facing the 4th seed and the 2nd seed facing the 3rd seed. The winning teams will then face each other in a single baker style format game to determine the championship team.

Registration opens at 9:00am and bowling starts at 10:00am.
Entry Fee:
$120 per team ($60 per bowler)
Breakdown of the Entry Fee:
$80 prize fund - $40 lineage and expenses
Side Pots:
$5 singles and $10 team brackets will be available (games 23 and 4). $20 high team game and $10 high single game pots are also available.
Cash Ratio:
Cash ratio of 1:6 will be paid out. Prize fund and side pots will be paid out following the tournament. Payouts are based on number of entries and prize fund is paid out 100%.
Rules:
• The tournament is open to all bowlers who meet the USBC eligibility requirements.
• The tournament will be played in doubles format with two bowlers per team.
• The tournament will be played on a sport shot oil pattern
• The tournament will consist of 4 games qualifying with total pinfall determining the top 4 teams for match play finals.
• In match play finals the 1st seed will bowl against the 4th seed and the 2nd seed will bowl against the 3rd seed.
• The finals will be played in a baker style format where each member of the team will alternate frames starting with the leadoff bowler in the first frame and ending with the anchor bowler in the 10th frame.
• The team with the highest total pinfall after the final game of the finals will be declared the tournament champion.
• Any USBC rules violations will result in disqualification from the tournament.
• The tournament director reserves the right to make changes to the rules as necessary.
• All decisions made by the tournament director are final.
