Join us for an evening of profound relaxation and healing, guided by the ancient resonance of sacred instruments. You will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, and native flute. These instruments have been used for thousands of years to support deep physical, emotional, and energetic healing.

All you need to do is lie back comfortably and allow the sound waves to gently wash over your body and energy field. As the nervous system softens, you may enter a deeply meditative, dream-like state, a space where the body naturally shifts into rest, repair, and self-healing.

Our bodies, minds, and spirits carry the energetic imprints of our life experiences, so each sound journey is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotional releases, imagery, or a profound sense of calm ,there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.

Sound baths can be deeply powerful and transformative, as sound reaches every cell of the body, supporting balance, release, and inner harmony.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow, and blanket for extra comfort. An eye mask is also recommended if you have one.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. The session will begin promptly, and late entry will not be permitted as it can disrupt the group experience.
