About this Event
Get brutally strong with double kettlebells. Learning double kettlebell work is another tool in your toolbelt. You definitely want to be well versed with a single kettlebell before doubles, but this workshop will teach you how to go from one to the other and when. Doubles offer strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, and will improve imbalances. We will go through the form and technique using two bells vs. one bell and form a full body workout.
For the intermediate/advanced audience.
Please wear comfortable clothing!
Our lower level parking garage is located on the east side (Sheffield ave) of our building. You will take ticket, and our team will validate it before you leave. There is an elevator in the parking garage, and you can take that up to the 2nd floor. There will be someone outside the elevator to greet you. If you are coming in from our main entrance off of North ave, you can take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor.
