Double the hoops double the fun! Join us for two Double Hoop workshops with Brittany on September 21st!Double Hoop 101, 1-2:30pm
Let’s start from the beginning! In this 90 minute workshop we will explore the language of double hooping, fundamental movements and drills as well as some fun beginner level double hoop skills. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in trying double hoops for the first time or those who are still new to doubles and want to expand their practice.
Double Hoop: Flowers, 2:45-4:15pm
Learn some of the beautiful patterns we can create with two hoops known as flowers! In this 90 minute workshop we will explore multiple types of flowers, in both wheel and wall plane, and learn how to connect them. This workshop is geared towards beginners but hoopers of all levels are welcome. Some previous hoop or other double prop experience recommended- familiarity with anti-spins in both hands recommended but not required.
Cost is $30 for one workshop or $50 for both. Extra sets of double hoops will be provided. Reserve your spot in Mindbody!
