🎭 TWO PLAYS. ONE UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT.
Join us for a powerful double feature exploring the human reality of the Vietnam War from both sides of the frontline.
***A Piece of My Heart by Shirley Lauro***
Based on true oral histories, this compelling drama follows six women—nurses, Red Cross workers, and entertainers—who answer the call to serve. From the optimism of their enlistment to the trauma of field hospitals and the uphill battle of returning home, it brings long-overdue light to the courage and sacrifices of women in war.
***Tracers by John DiFusco***
Created by a group of Vietnam veterans, Tracers delivers a raw, visceral look at a squad of young soldiers. Blending sharp humor, haunting surrealism, and tense combat scenes, the play follows these men from the pressure cooker of boot camp to the chaos of the jungle and the long shadow of life after service.
Together, these dynamic ensemble stories paint a complete, deeply moving portrait of a generation forever changed by conflict.
