You might have guessed it (or not) but we are excited to announce our next special workshop, Double Dream, with instructors Becky and Lauren! Join them on Saturday, September 21st from 10:45am to 12pm for 75 minutes of pole doubles fun! You might learn doubles tricks, doubles combos, or cool doubles shapes! This workshop is mixed level, with progressions and modifications given as needed, so don’t hesitate to sign up! Some prior pole dance experience is necessary.
