Dotting Mandala

With step-by-step guidance, you’ll build your mandala from the centre outward, one ring at a time. As the dots begin to form patterns, the repetitive rhythm becomes surprisingly calming—many participants find themselves slipping into an almost meditative flow.

You’ll work on your own mandala base, choosing from a curated palette of colours and bringing your design to life dot by dot. It’s part mindfulness, part creative expression, part playfullness, and entirely your own.
