Saturday, October 23rd is our open house!We will be kicking it off with a costume contest at 10AM! There will be an adult and child division!
At 10:30AM we will start our group fitness classes-
First in the lineup is Blacklight Zumba followed by Power Up, Kickboxing, Build & Burn and ending with Spin!
We have lots of local vendors coming: The Upside Graphics, SunSouth LLC, 207 Retreat, Southern Nutrition Dothan, Chris Paulson with Herbalife, Globe Life Insurance, Tina with Tupperware, Brit & Bear, Weightgang Fitness and more!
Earnie's Food Truck & Wok N Soul will be here to make sure you have some good food!
