Join us on Saturday, August 30th from 12-4pm for a Dot Mandala Pop-up Shop with Sarah Dot Calm for her Dot Mandala Art! Anyone coming to visit the Pop-up shop will also be entered to win a door prize of a small Dot Mandala art piece with a stand.
Dot Mandala helps calm the mind and relax the body. It quiets chaotic emotions and eases any sense of worry, anxiety, fear, depress, stress, or other overwhelming emotions. It creates the feeling of tranquility and contentment and cultivates emotions like inner peace, happiness, and overall well-being.
Creating Mandals creates a path for spiritual growth, as well as personal growth and improvement. It creates a sense of connection with the universe, nature, fellow human beings and the self. Creating Mandalas improves sleep, reduces nightmares, and can help with insomnia.
We are hoping to bring a Dot Mandala "make and take" to our shop this fall if there is enough interest.
