About this Event
Welcome to our Psychedelic Integration Circle, where the circle itself serves as a vessel for integration, support, and profound growth.
Carolina Correa will support an Integration group where the participants will share their experiences with microdosing and learn from each other how these experiences can help them create more purpose in their lives. Carolina’s approach focuses on creating a safe and nurturing space, allowing participants to share their journeys and learn from one another. In this environment, members will reflect on the personal meaning of their experiences and discuss actionable steps to cultivate a more purposeful life. Through guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and community support, participants can foster a deeper understanding of their goals, values, and aspirations, empowering each other to create greater fulfillment and connection in their everyday lives.
How Microdosing can help individuals create more purpose in their lives?
Microdosing can help individuals find purpose in life by enhancing creativity and encouraging exploration of new ideas. It promotes self-awareness, allowing insights into beliefs and motivations, while improving emotional resilience. Microdosing fosters a greater connection to nature and others, helping individuals reevaluate relationships. It encourages openness to new experiences, enhances focus and productivity, and reduces the fear of failure. Additionally, it aids in integrating past experiences and promotes mindfulness, enabling fuller engagement in life. Lastly, microdosing communities provide a sense of belonging and support in pursuing meaningful goals.
Carolina Correa is a psychotherapist focused on relationship dynamics. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University- Los Angeles. She works with couples and individuals in her private practice in Denver. Her first interest in the Human Sciences started back in Brazil where she, during college, participated in an Anthropological research focused on Brazilian indigenous tribes. Carolina recognized the power of traditional medicines since that time, and believes they can help heal traumas. Carolina is currently enrolled at Naropa University in the Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies. When she graduates in the beginning of 2025, she will be amongst the first group of licensed mental health professionals able to clinically utilize Psilocybin to treat clients.
