Dorchester County 4-H Volunteer Training & Support Workshop 2026

We're so excited to be hosting our first Dorchester County 4-H Volunteer Training & Support Workshop on March 21 from 10a-12p in Summerville. We encourage participation for any current and potential volunteers, caregivers, and guardians of 4-H youth.
This will be an early volunteer celebration (since April is Volunteer Appreciation Month) as well as a training event. Expect to cover some great youth development topics as well as the opportunity to network and share with like-minded community members.

There are also new expectations and initiatives in 4-H that you may have questions on or be a little less familiar with that this workshop can help you to navigate and take greater advantage of as you plan and execute in your clubs and projects.

The workshop is only $10/attendee, and food will be provided.

Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the start of the event.

Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership is not required for participation in this event, but you must preregister.

Custodial Care: Please note that this event will not have childcare or activities/space available for children. This event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance.
