Councilor Mai Vang is running a write-in campaign to keep fighting for Ward 6, and write-in campaigns are won one doorstep at a time. That's where you come in. Join us Saturday, September 12 at 10 AM for the official door-knocking kickoff, and help us make sure every voter in East Salem knows exactly how to keep Mai on the Salem City Council.
Here's the thing about a write-in: Mai's name won't be pre-printed on the ballot. Voters have to write her in themselves: write "Mai Vang" on the line AND fill in the bubble next to it. It's simple, it takes ten seconds, and it only happens if voters know to do it. Our job is to knock on doors across the ward and spread the word, neighbor to neighbor.
And we're kicking it off in style! We'll have a special guest joining us to fire up the troops before we hit the pavement.
