Calling all goth yogis + brave and curious souls alike! Flow through a cozy restorative class lit by candlelight and backed by heavy, vibrational sound.

Doom looming? Bring it to your mat, sit with it, transmute it. We cannot have "love and light" without spending some time in the darkness too. The trance-like quality cultivated by this practice will invite your awareness inward for a deeply introspective experience. Our movement practice will be accompanied by guided yoga nidra and deep rest to relax + release.
