Calling all goth yogis + brave and curious souls alike! Flow through a slow yet invigorating vinyasa-style class lit by candlelight and backed by heavy, vibrational music. Embrace the intensity of Scorpio season through this immersive and introspective experience led by Lauren.

Scorpio Season, ruled by the Death tarot card, is all about release + rebirth. Allow the deep vibrations of doom metal to wash over you, shaking loose stuck energy and cleansing the system. The trance-like quality cultivated by this practice will invite your awareness inward for a deeply introspective experience. Our movement practice will be accompanied by guided meditation, pranayama (breath practice), and deep rest to relax + release.
