Expand your vision of creativity. Share my journey, spanning from essays, books and screenplays. Lora Hyler served as lead author for a book published by a literacy organization. The book was placed in the hands of 10,000 schoolchildren, and led to several appearances. She worked with a filmmaker to raise funds and create a short space film, due for 2026 release. She’s also pursuing theater companies for youth to stage an adaptation of her MG book series.
Attendees will discover new ways of telling their stories. Taking risks to leap into various storytelling formats unlocks fresh ideas, and opens up possibilities with new audiences.
When: Saturday, September 26, 9 am – 10:15 am
Where: The Art Garage Studio B, 1400 Cedar Street Green Bay, Wisconsin
Admission: FREE!
