Taking Over the Elks!
The third floor, crystal ballroom at the Elks Theater is going to be a beautiful space to experience three yoga classes. There will also be 3 breakout workshops in the second floor dance studios. All offerings will be trauma informed and lead by local Yoga teachers and practitioners who are also passionate about helping others to heal. The Health Fair component will have booths with a combination of local companies that assist those in need as well as local artisans who offer everything your heart’s desire. Lunch will include healthy options while you are immersed in Sound Healing.
$55 for 3 Yoga Classes, Workshops or a combo of both! Vendors, Healthy Food options from Modern Coffee and Deli and Sound Healing. Kids are free! We will have a child’s area from 9:30 to 3 for children ages 4-12 with games, yoga, dancing and art!
