�So proud to officially announce Don’t Be S.A.D - an event to beat the winter blues! What is Don’t Be S.A.D?
Don’t be sad is an initiative to help people counter Seasonal Affective Disorder and other associated conditions that make us all glum in the winter.
The event aims to bring community services and mental health support to those that need it the most, and showcase events, workshops and classes that occur during the winter months that people can look forward to!

Brown Books- � Community book shop that will be bringing self-help books for purchase and promoting their winter events schedule!
The Dog Groomer - � The pet professional will be teaching pet first aid and general pet care classes to help keep your furry friends feeling fab!
Love Music Hate Racism - � Are back! They will be supporting us and promoting their upcoming return in Luton this winter!
