Get your heartrate going this spooky season with a four week course on the dynamic skills that make people scream: drops and rolls!In this series we'll learn to safely execute drops and rolls (and slides!) for various lyra skill levels.
Prior lyra experience is necessary for this class, but there will be move options for newer students.
Please wear leggings and a tight-fitting top (the looser your clothing, the harder these classes will be). Long-sleeve tops or separate arm sleeves are encouraged but not necessary.
This special four week series will be Tuesdays, October 1st-22nd 5:30-6:30pm
The class is $90 for all four weeks, and is included on all Lyra Flex Passes and Unlimited Passes.
