Whitney Springston, MA, CFRE, is an award-winning fundraising and communications expert with over 15 years of marketing and communications experience, including over 10 years in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where her capstone focused on the impact of donor-centric and community-centric fundraising models on donor relationships, fundraising success, and beneficiary representation.

Throughout her career, Whitney has raised millions of dollars through annual giving programs, capital campaigns, and strategic communications, with specialized expertise in direct mail fundraising and nonprofit communications.

Whitney worked at a statewide youth mental health nonprofit in Idaho, where she doubled annual campaign revenue and led communications for one of the region’s most successful capital campaigns. She currently serves as Director of Annual Giving at Idaho's largest healthcare foundation, leading efforts to engage donors and increase support for essential healthcare initiatives.

Known for her innovative and donor-centered approach, Whitney is passionate about building meaningful connections between donors and the causes they care about. She is also committed to fostering strong community engagement and creating impactful, sustainable fundraising programs. Outside of her professional life, Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, baking bread, staying active at the gym, and learning new hobbies. Originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas, she studied Communications and Literature at Arkansas State University.

There are parking spots facing the Red & Blue Events Venue and additional parking is available in the Victory Building Parking Deck located catty corner from Red & Blue.Enter the deck from 6th Street and park in Visitor parking on the ground level.

Cost: $1/hour or $5/day

There are also some spots available on nearby streets.
