Singer/songwriter Donnie Howard has been performing shows around the Raleigh, NC area for more than ten years. Playing hundreds of solo acoustic shows during that time, he also served as frontman for several bands. Armed with just an acoustic guitar and his voice, he performs stripped down versions of songs from a wide variety of genres including country, classic rock, 90s rock, island/beach, oldies, and more.
In the summer of 2021, Donnie had the opportunity to record several of his songs in Nashville. Much of his songwriting still reflects his coastal upbringing in the South. He often works these original songs into his unique mix of cover songs.
