Join Essential Yoga Studio's seasoned instructor Angie Jones on Thanksgiving morning for a yoga flow open to all experience levels.Gobble up some delicious prana and asana (energy, breathwork, and movement practice) to get your yoga juices flowing on Thanksgiving morning. This bountiful Vinyasa I-II flow practice will offer plentiful modifications and variations to meet all students' experience levels.
After our movement practie, we'll set our timers for a sweet treat of play and stretch during the last 20 minutes of class.
