This free monthly Community Sound Bath is an offering rooted in gratitude, accessibility, and collective healing. Created to remove barriers to wellness, this gathering invites you to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community setting.

Each session is a gentle, mostly still experience designed to calm the nervous system and create space for rest and reflection. You’ll be guided into relaxation before being immersed in soothing sound waves from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments. No movement or prior experience is required—just come as you are.

These sound baths are offered in honor of the belief that healing should be accessible to everyone. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, transition, or simply craving quiet and connection, you are welcome here.
