Take a mindful pause and restore your body with a gentle chair yoga class designed especially for musicians. This all-levels session focuses on relieving tension from common areas of strain, such as shoulders, back, wrists, and neck, while cultivating breath awareness and posture support for playing with greater ease. Using the support of a chair, you’ll explore accessible stretches, grounding movements, and simple mindfulness practices that you can bring into both your practice sessions and daily life.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Just bring yourself and an open mind. All are welcome.
