Bring the whole family to Maymont for an Easter “eggs-travaganza” at Dominion Energy Family Easter, one of Richmond’s favorite spring events. The day is packed with activities, crafts and games, as well as live entertainment from local performance groups, plus Jonathan the Juggler and a live DJ Dance Zone. Snap a pic with the Easter Bunny presented by Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, meet some baby farm animals, or plant a seed at the Planting Station. Solve clues in a Golden Egg Hunt to earn prize-filled eggs. Meet local helpers, mascots and heroes in the expanded Community Zone! Dominion Energy Family Easter is fun for all ages, especially for younger children. Admission is just $5 and includes 3 activity tickets for crafts and games. Bring an Easter basket for all the Easter eggs and “eggs-tra” rewards! Entry is free for Maymont members and Museums for All participants. This year, all three main gates and parking areas are open for event goers: The Magnolia Gate, The Robins Nature Center and Maymont Farm. Don’t forget to wear your walking shoes!
Advance reservations* are recommended are recommended for this popular event. Choose a morning (9am–12pm) or afternoon (12pm–3pm) entry time, but everyone can stay and play all day! All proceeds help support Maymont.
*Advance reservations may be made online any time or in person between 10am-5pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at The Robins Nature Center or Stone Barn Welcome Center. Museums for All participants may reserve free admission for themselves and up to 3 guests by presenting an EBT card.
