Domes Inspired Cooking Class with Braise

This hands-on, unique cooking class at Braise Restaurant and Culinary School features a Domes educator and many of the plants that you can find at the Domes! The theme is “Worldly Sauces” featuring herbs and black pepper. Prepare your food with private instruction from Braise chefs, enjoy your sit-down three course meal with drinks and new friends, and take home wonderfully delicious recipes. Share this unforgettable experience with us, or as a gift for a loved one. Space is limited.

Cost covers gratuity for one registrant: including cooking class, Domes plant information from our conservatory educator, one glass of wine or beer, and a shared three course meal.

Herb Sauces: Pistou, Pesto, Chimichurri, Vierge, coulis

Pepper Sauces: Xató, Au Poivre, Romesco, Piri Piri
