Domaine Pierre-Girardin Wine Dinner

It is not often that the stars align as they do here, giving us the opportunity to welcome one of the great family names in French winemaking. Pierre-Vincent Girardin represents the 13th generation of his family to craft wines in Burgundy. Following in the footsteps of his father, Vincent, Pierre-Vincent was entrusted less than a decade ago with extraordinary vineyard parcels that became the foundation of his own domaine. In just a short time, his wines have achieved remarkable acclaim, reflecting both tradition and a fresh vision for Burgundy’s future.

For one night only, we are honored to host Pierre-Vincent Girardin at Spruce. Guests will enjoy an evening of exceptional wines and stories from a lifetime spent among the vineyards of Burgundy. Chef Nick Vollono and his culinary team has created an incredible menu inspired by these elegant wines, designed to elevate and complement each pour.
