Domaine Graillot has been an instrumental ambassador for the wines of Crozes-Hermitage. Thanks to the late Alain Graillot, who founded his eponymous domaine in 1985, this humble appellation gained in popularity and his wines became the favorites of sommeliers around the world. Alain was expert in whole cluster winemaking, giving his Syrahs irresistible crunchiness and a sweet core of explosive fruit lined with minerality. Years of apprenticeship in Burgundy certainly helped shaping his style, marked by elegance and finesse.
